At Cosmetycs.co, we are committed to delivering your gift products quickly and efficiently. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped the same day if received before 12:00 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • We ship exclusively through Xpresspost by Canada Post, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders are delivered within 1-4 business days nationwide across Canada.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and may be subject to unforeseen carrier delays.
  • A tracking number will be provided for every order, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).
  • For orders below $250 CAD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package via Canada Post.
  • You can also check your order status in your Cosmetycs.co account under “My Orders.”

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 48 hours before contacting customer support.
  • In case of lost or damaged packages, please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns on shipped items due to the nature of our products.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
